When Allison contact to me to let me know that sweet little Hank had finally arrived her words were:
“Our gigantic baby boy, Hank, was born!”
Hank was born on September 18th, 9 days after he was expected, and weighed 9 pounds 3 ounces! Thankfully, this labor and delivery was much easier than with their two and a half year old Eloise.
When Allison and Chris first found out they were pregnant, they were so excited! They had been wanting a second child to add to their amazing family. Apart from the excitement of finding out they were having another child, Allison also found out (the day before) that her sister was pregnant as well! What could be more special than two sisters sharing the same joy at the same time?
Allison and Chris brought both Hank and Eloise in for a mini-session at my Doylestown studio, which is the perfect way to make the most out of a newborn photography session. We had Hank all wrapped up during the session so he was perfectly snuggly and content.
We had a great time with all of the adorable prop set ups and Allison was so happy with beautifully and uniquely created they were. Allison was happy with how calm Hank remained during the newborn session even though she was worried he would be fussy and not sleepy at all.
When Allison’s father heard that Hank as born, he left her a congratulatory message that she now holds close to her heart:
“This is the first day of the rest of his life,” and that’s pretty neat.
