I first met Amanda during her maternity photo session – her Belly/Baby Package was booked as a surprise by her wonderful husband Terrence.   Her session was held at Peace Valley Park, a really great location for maternity photos in Bucks County.

This session was held only 3 weeks before the birth of her daughter – Sweet baby Micaela arrived thirteen days early!

This beautiful peanut is one of the tiniest babies I have ever photographed.  She weighed in at just 4 lbs, 12 oz and 16 1/2 inches long.   Micaela was a very sweet baby, and she slept throughout the majority of her session.

Amanda and Terrence were well prepared for the newborn photograph session, making sure Micaela stayed awake on her way to the studio and was ready to eat when they arrived. They brought a few items they wanted to be included in the session such as hair accessories and a ballerina doll – Amanda really enjoyed picking out all the different accessories to use for the photo shoot!

Both parents admit that they were a little nervous about bringing a one-week old newborn to a photography session but were quickly amazed at how quiet Micaela was throughout the session and how peaceful the session was.

The beautiful hair accessories paired with the amazing color palette mom chose made for a beautiful and harmonious photography session!
