If you’re looking for family photography in Bucks County, talk about FALL PHOTO SESSIONS!

I offer two types of outdoor photo sessions for the fall:
Fall Mini Session
Classic Family Portrait Session

The main differences are that mini sessions are just that – they’re shorter length sessions available for a limited time and they offer digital images only.  (They’re great for younger children who won’t “last long”, too!)

A Classic Family Portrait Session is available at any time. It’s a longer length session and offers a full menu of portrait items (including digital images). This email details both session types – scroll towards the bottom for information about booking a Classic Family Portrait Session.

This year’s Fall Mini Session weekend is Sept. 30 and Oct. 1

Weekday Minis run for two weeks – Sept. 11 through Sept. 19.

Sessions will definitely be rescheduled if Irma comes our way!

MINI SESSION DETAILS

$300 – includes a minimum of 10 digital images with print release*.

A $100 non-refundable, non-transferrable retainer and a signed mini session agreement are due upon booking to reserve the time slot. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to your session.

You can expect about 20 minutes of photo time.

A few weeks after your session, you will receive an email with a link and password to download _at least 10_ of the photographer’s choice, fully-retouched session images. The images can be easily downloaded directly from the gallery and the link can be shared with friends and family. Your gallery will remain there throughout the holiday season to serve as an online backup as well. The images will be available as SOON as they have been edited.

Who are mini sessions for?

This mini is great for children of all ages and is also open to FAMILIES up to 3 children/2 parents. $15 per additional child/pet

Locations

These sessions take place in an OUTDOOR shooting area.

Saturday, Sept. 30 sessions will be at the amazing Elkins Estate!

Sunday, Oct. 1 sessions will be held at Tyler State Park – *a fan favorite*

Weekdays: these locations are flexible! You pick! …as long as it’s relatively local ;-) Feel free to suggest an alternate weekday time.

Weekday sessions at Elkins Estate and Tyler State Park can be arranged also.

Raindates will be available in the case of rain, high wind or hurricane! Or a generally gross day!

Neutral colors or fall attire are recommended for these sessions. Layers are great as well.

These quick sessions are always huge hits for holiday cards. These are great for individual children, families, siblings, cousins, etc.

How to Book a Weekend Date

Reply to this email with your choice of Elkins Estate (9/30) or Tyler State Park (10/1), if you are booking for CHILDREN ONLY or FAMILY, as well as how many children/family members will be photographed during your session, your first and last name and email address you would like to be contacted at.

Reply to this email with your choice of available date/time, if you are booking for CHILDREN ONLY or FAMILY, as well as how many children/family members will be photographed during your session, your first and last name and email address you would like to be contacted at. If you have a specific location request, please include that also.

RETAINER – PURCHASE YOUR SESSION HERE

Once I receive a retainer and your correct info, you will be emailed with a confirmation as well as an invoice for the remaining balance of your mini session, reflecting the retainer paid. You’ll also be added to a the Fall Mini Session email list which will be sent out a week prior to your session date, this will include any additional details and directions to your chosen location.

The remaining balance of your mini session is due no later than 1 week prior to your mini session. Balances that remain unpaid by the due date will forfeit their time slot and retainer.

Time slots are first come, first serve and not reserved until the retainer has been paid in full. Once a session is booked, retainers are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Rain dates will be available in the case of rain, high wind or a generally gross day.  Or Hurricane Irma!

The Classic Family Portrait Session

If you prefer a more leisurely session pace or if these dates don’t work for you, you might instead be interested in a Classic Family Portrait Session. These sessions are available year round and are already booking throughout the fall.

Other Good Stuff:

1) My full print and product menu is available offering professionally printed canvases, framed prints, books and albums, and luxe mounted prints. I offer a full a la carte menu as well as flexible packages. There really is something for everyone!

2) The printed image. You’ll come away from your session with a professionally printed record of your family. Most packages offer a print of every image in your gallery. Compare that to a disc of images that you keep in a drawer and may or may not ever get around to printing (and the disc contains 100 images causing you not to know where to begin because they’re not necessarily the “best of”!).

3) But I do offer digital images! I know you want to share your photos via social media and put on your screensaver at work! Most packages offer the Mobile App for just that purpose. This product is a mobile app of your chosen images that can be easily downloaded and shared to multiple devices and family members. Your low res images can be easily shared to your social media accounts and email, either individually or share the whole album.

4) In-person ordering makes image selections much easier. We’ll go over
printed proofs of your session together allowing you a hands-on approach to sorting out your favorites. I know this can be hard with online galleries!

5) Multi-generational portrait sessions – when you want that whole-family portrait. This is a must have, many families wish they had done this but never get around to arranging it. These photos are often the most cherished of all.

6) Fall foliage is typically at it’s peak later in the fall.

7) Session locations and dates can be a lot more flexible. Many families book a Classic Family Portrait session with me over the Thanksgiving Holiday and fall break since kids are home from college and family members are coming in for the holiday.

Classic Family Portrait Session pricing includes a session fee and then whatever you’d like to purchase. The session fee is separate from your purchases and is what fully books your session, prints/products/digital images are extra.

The weekday session fee is $90
The weekend session fee is $175
