From the moment Doug and Natalie first laid their eyes on Nathan, they knew he was perfect. Born on May 10, 2017, and weighing 7 lbs. 8 oz, little Nathan instantly become a new friend to older bothers Lucas (6) and Emmett (3). Having a wonderful new addition to the family meant getting more family pictures done – I had worked with Natalie and Doug previously with their first two boys and was excited to meet and photograph baby Nathan.

Natalie wasn’t worried at all about the photo session – I had also photographed Emmett’s newborn session three years ago. Natalie and Doug knew to sit back and relax, which they did. It was a beautiful and calm experience for the whole family.

 

Natalie and Doug couldn’t be happier with their pictures! I asked Natalie what her advice to someone getting newborn photographs taken and she told me, “Trust Kim and let her use her creativity.”  Thank you, Natalie!   And thank you again for allowing me to photograph the newest boy on the team!
