“Here we go again!”
This was the first thought that ran through the minds of Kristina and Chris when they found out that they were expecting a new addition to their family of three. At 1:16 am on Monday, July 3rd, Chris and Kristina welcomed baby Nicholas. Apart from instantly falling in love with their second child, both parents were thankful to have made it to the hospital in time! Only Chris, the doctors and nurses were present as Nicholas quickly entered this world.

Ten days later I was able to meet with this wonderful family for Nicholas’ newborn photography session. Kristina was interested in neutral and organic colors so we were able to create a palette to suit her tastes. Nicholas’ beautiful golden skin blended wonderfully with the beiges, grays and browns chosen for the session.

Kristina also wanted some natural poses, specifically with Nicholas’ head resting on his arms. As all parents who experience newborn photography sessions know, not everything goes according to plan. However, Nicholas was an amazing client – very pleasant and easy to work with – and we were able to get the most adorable shots of him snuggled up and fast asleep!
