A few months ago, I met little Brody at our live bunny photo event called The Bunny Hop and was pleased when parents Jill and Robert decided to bring him back for a family photo session! They chose to have their family photography session at Peace Valley Park since it’s close to home. We ended up getting a ton of great photos!
The Morton family, which consists of Jill, Robert, Brody and thirteen year old Isabelle (who is a miniature Pinscher, by the way), enjoy going for walks and indulging in many games of Peek-a-Boo to get little Brody to laugh and squeal.
Robert is super-athletic and loves to ski – he can’t wait to teach Brody how to master the slopes!
Jill is a die-hard Chiefs fan and negotiated with Robert, who is a college football fan, that Brody will be raised as both a Chiefs and a Texas Longhorn fan.
Brody is their miracle baby. Both parents are amazed at the way he already analyzes everything and tries to figure out how things work. They are fairly certain he is a little engineer in the making.
For our family session together, Jill tried to coordinate the colors of the outfits so the entire family looked blended but not intentionally, as she puts it, “matchie-matchie”. Since it was summertime, Jill wanted to get a cute Hawaiian type shirt for Brody and managed to find one at a consignment store during their vacation the week before the session.
Jill and Robert had a blast watching Brody enjoying himself during the photo session – Brody was amused by the dogs and people walking by.
Taking family photos is such a great experience for me – and the results speak for themselves! Fall is nearly upon us and it’s never too early to book a family portrait session.
Autumn is such a beautiful time of year! If you’re looking for a family photographer in Bucks County please book your session soon! Fall photo information can be found in my previous blog post.
