The Newborn Mini Session – Doylestown, Bucks County Newborn Photographer

I’m still very excited about one of the most adorable and QUICK newborn sessions that I had in February.  If you don’t need a ton of images this is the session for you.   Not that you won’t have a bunch to choose from as you’ll see from this little guy’s gallery below!

This session is the result of the Newborn Mini Session. Booked for 90 minutes, this fully pre-planned session really makes the most out of our time together.  I allow an additional 30-minutes to your session time so that baby can be fed immediately upon arrival to the studio – because a baby with a full belly is a happy baby.  : )

This little guy was such an angel, he slept peacefully through the majority of our session.  See his session photos below – we got a ton of really great shots!

Most babies conk out when all wrapped up – doing so really allows me to move quickly. Using different wraps and layers on different fabrics, furs and props gives a lot of variety.  Making your fur and fabric color choices prior your session maximizes our session time greatly.  You don’t have to have the creative eye – I’ll pull out what coordinates with your chosen colors.  We will go with a monochromatic final image (tans with tans, pinks with pinks, etc.).

My photography studio is located in a commercial location in Doylestown Borough and is not an in-home/basement/garage studio.  I’m primarily set up to photograph newborns, babies and children.  Being the prop hoarder that I am, it’s easy to pull out various props, posing fabrics and backdrops for many age ranges.  I’m not even joking – I have a massive amount of items to choose from.  Because of this I do not travel to client’s homes – I simply have too much equipment.   Your job is to just get to the studio after which you’ll feed the baby,  relax,  read a book, put your feet up and I’ll do all the work : )

My studio is available Tuesday through Friday until 4:00pm and on select Saturday mornings.  Outdoor sessions are mostly booked for late afternoon and early evenings Monday through Thursday when the light of the day is it’s absolute best although alternate times can be made available.  Newborn sessions are booked for Tuesdays through Fridays at 11:00am.  Baby Plan clients receive first availability for weekend scheduling.   The studio is available by appointment only.

Currently I have openings for newborn sessions but this fluctuates wildly!  Please email me to inquire about booking a session so I can let you know asap if I have availability.  Because little ones have a way of arriving pretty much whenever they feel like it ;-)  your session is booked with a very tentative session date which will change based upon when he/she decides to make their big arrival.  Newborn sessions are held on Tuesdays through Fridays at 11:00am.  Your session is considered fully booked upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit.    After receipt of the sitting fee I’ll send you lots of session preparation info as well as a portrait agreement and a session questionnaire.  This session questionnaire is where you’ll choose your fabric and fur choices.
