As prepared as myself and the parents try to be, you never know what will happen during a newborn infant session. Tracy and Everett are previous clients of mine and I had the pleasure of photographing their first son’s newborn session last year. This time it was baby Harrison’s turn and we couldn’t have had a more fun time!

Mom jokes that little Harry was informally named after Harry Potter (and we even incorporated some books and glasses into the session). He arrived on July 16^th at 9:18 in the morning and to Tracy and Everett he was perfect.

Since we had worked together before, Tracy knew exactly how to prepare Harrison for the newborn photograph session – except, his umbilical cord hadn’t fallen off yet! Thankfully, the day before the shoot, it did. Tracy was appreciative of that happy coincidence.

The session was a bit longer than her older son’s since Harry was awake for most the time but it didn’t stop us from getting the most amazing shots of this handsome little man!

During the session, the only thing Tracy worried about was having little Harry poop or pee on her. Luckily, he didn’t. He pooped on Everett instead! (And, yes, I have proof!)

I have never heard Tracy laugh so much.
